The Sports Nutrition Association organisation are the only professional body responsible for the Establishment & Management of Best Practises for Sports Nutrition globally.

• Professional Regulation & Registration: Providing legitimacy & protection for professionals & the public alike, and maintaining a standard that everyone can trust in.

About the Role

You will be working with and a key part of our existing Careers Advising Team selling our Certificate program

We provide all new staff with an extensive 4-week initial onboarding ‘boot camp’ training centred around developing a sound foundation of competence for you in your role (and the full onboarding lasts 6-months).

Responsibilities:

• Contacting leads within seconds of their enquiry is required

• There will be some outbound generation requirements after completing onboarding (~20% of the role)

• You will effectively be a setter booking and processing enrolment applications for our assessors to review
• You will be primarily contacting inbound leads (there are approx. 150 inbound enquiries/month)
• Ensuring the inboxes (email, social media etc.) are always checked & responded to, and our lead nurturing systems are always running.

Package:

• 25% WFH available after completing probation.

• $50 for every student you book for the assessment team who then the assessment team process the enrolment of
• $120 for every enrolment your process before the assessment team conduct their final interview
• **there are approx. 30 enrolments each month processed (right now this is done solely by our assessors)

• Permanent Part-Time 25 hours/wk (5 hours/day, days Monday - Friday)
• 35k base package the package has the capacity to scale up to $45k based on performance during probation.
• Pus commissions as follows:

Qualifications & Experience

• Familiarity with Fitness & Nutrition Industries
• Minimum 1-year sales experience
• Familiarity with the CLOSER sales framework
• Familiarity with the VET Education sector
