Bsons Industries is a successful wholesale Australian family-owned company based in Canberra who have been operating for over twenty years. It’s a well-established manufacturer and wholesaler,specialising in high quality Commercial Graffiti Removal and Industrial Cleaning products.
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Customer Service Representative to cover our extensive network of clients across Australia on part -time permanent basis. We are looking for a team member who can maximise sales opportunities by re engaging with existing customers and identifying potential prospects that will drive business growth that aligns with our strategic Business Plan.
The Role:
This role is based in our Head Office in Canberra and involves selling our Commercial products to existing and new customers across Australia and Overseas. The successful applicant will be crucial in ensuring our customers are informed, impressed, and satisfied with the product throughout the purchasing process including any after sales service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously seek new customers, reconnect with inactive clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively resolve any customer issues, whether related to technology, service, or cost.
- Clearly understand the company’s order and service processes and effectively communicate them to customers to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
- Provide high-quality after-sales service by promptly answering phone calls, responding to emails, and delivering solutions as quickly as possible.
- Observe and record current market trends and report findings to management. Stay informed about competitors’ products.
- Drive Sales opportunities with our existing customer network by regular contact and follow up .
- Be effective and proactive when dealing with customer inquires and solving problems.
- Look for opportunities to gain new customers to maximise grow sales
- Complete all necessary reporting in a timely manner and communicate issues as they arise with customers to ensure a positive outcome.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven record of increasing sales in your territory.
- Minimum of three years experience as a sales consultant.
- Previous experience in sales of commercial cleaning products or in associated industries
- Excellent communication skills and particularly a good telephone manner
- Have strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Be an effective and efficient at time management.
- Sales focused and experienced with driving KPI’s.
- Friendly disposition and a strong customer focus
- Competent computer skills
- A knowledge of local council vendor processes an advantage.
