Description

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Prepare and deliver accurate internal finance reports, providing stakeholders and cost centre owners with clear, data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
• Lead the planning and budgeting process, collaborating with functional leads to develop financial forecasts, track performance, and highlight key trends and opportunities.
• Transform complex financial data into meaningful insights, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency across key processes.
• Support the preparation of group financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing technical guidance for audits and statutory reporting.
• Enhance reporting capabilities by developing automated datasets, refining report packs, and offering system support to improve accessibility and efficiency for end users.

Profile

To be successful in this role you MUST have:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA / CPA Qualified.
• Proven experience to partner with non financial stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with large Oracle or other large ERPs
