The Service Administrator ACG - Mascot
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing contractual service deliverables, ensuring completion on time, within agreed budget and SLA time constraints. The role requires effective planning, organization, and adherence to company policies to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
The following specific items are part the responsibility of this position: -
- Oversee all phases of assigned services, ensuring compliance with quality, time, and cost objectives.
- Manage service timelines in alignment with agreed plans and contractual obligations.
- Monitor labour and material usage to ensure alignment with budgeted allocations.
- Handle purchasing for assigned contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Manage and update Simpro catalogue pricing and update as necessary, including consolidation and refinement.
- Prepare and manage variations and minor works as needed.
- Maintain invoicing accuracy to meet monthly targets.
- Assist in the development of the Service Management Plan (SMP) as required.
- Support technical and service-related requirements to meet role objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company profitability goals.
- Participate in relevant training programs to enhance job performance.
- Comply with company Integrated Management System (IMS) policies.
- Ensure all work adheres to required ISO standards.
- Identify and report any Information Security Management System (ISMS) issues to the Operations Manager.
- Participate in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Environmental Management System (EMS) initiatives.
- Attend monthly toolbox meetings.
- Maintain company equipment in good working order and report any faults.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Management team.
- Report to the Operations Manager with any ISMS issues
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Proven ability to manage service-related processes and methodologies.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Platform (Word, Excel SharePoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
