We are a well-established Accounting Firm, looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our supportive and growing team of professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
Your new role
You are a highly organised and reliable Client Services Administrator with previous public practice experience.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, and responsible for ATO and ASIC administration. Some of your duties may include:
- Preparing and lodging ATO and ASIC documents
- ATO and ASIC registrations and changes
- Preparing client correspondence, including all ATO pratice mail
- Collating and forwarding all types of client annual accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, colleagues and company stakeholders
- Managing Workflow with Partners & Accountants
- Accounts Receivable
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Must have:
- Previous experience working in an Accounting firm
- Experienced with ATO and ASIC lodgements.
- Experience navigating all: XERO Practice Manager, CAS 360 ASIC and ATO portal.
- Experience in MS Office skills including MS Excel.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, both at the individual and corporate level.
- A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
