About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to join the Maruti Spices family! In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced management team. You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the store, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to achieve store targets and objectives
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management and merchandising
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth
• Manage staff training, development, and performance
• Control store expenses, maintain budgets, and undertake budgeting for the establishment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (occupational health and safety regulations)
• Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices
• Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services
• Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use
• Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions

About You:

• 3+ years of retail or store management experience
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about customer service and delivering excellent results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
