Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual who looks forward to helping and assisting in our Property Managment department.

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including arranging viewings, conducting inspections, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely rent collection
• Providing excellent customer service to both property owners and tenants, addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly
• Advertising and marketing available rental properties to secure high-quality tenants
• Conducting routine, exit, entry property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
• Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews to maximise returns for property owners
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
• VCAT hearings and Notices to the renters
  
  The Portfolio: Whilst the portfolio may be small now, we are on a growth trajectory and want someone to run with this and make it their own. We have multiple owners who have multiple properties with us and we aim to serve them actively.

Qualifications:

• Experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on your own and follow directions for success.
• Real Estate Certificate or Qualification is needed.
  

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, at least 3-4 years experience
• Thorough knowledge of the Residential Leasing & Property Management industry and an understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using property management software and relevant IT systems
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
