Core Talent are parntering with various leading companies in the Fire & HVAC sector, committed to delivering top-notch services and solutions. Currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team, ideally with experience in using Uptick or SimPRO scheduling software, to support operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Schedule & Coordinate Services: Efficiently schedule and assign tasks for our technicians, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Client & Team Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication of schedules, updates, and any changes.
- Track & Update Job Status: Monitor progress and job completion, updating job statuses and tracking any delays or issues.
- Manage Service Requests: Prioritize and allocate service requests based on urgency and resource availability.
- Software Utilization: Use Uptick or SimPRO to manage and schedule all incoming work orders, ensuring all jobs are recorded and tracked properly.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure accurate records of scheduled jobs, timesheets, and job details are kept up to date.
- Compliance: Ensure all jobs are scheduled according to relevant fire safety and HVAC regulations, meeting all compliance standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role, ideally within the Fire or HVAC industry.
- Proficient in using scheduling software, preferably Uptick or SimPRO.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service and team coordination.
- Knowledge of fire safety and HVAC systems is beneficial but not required.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
