Core Talent are parntering with various leading companies in the Fire & HVAC sector, committed to delivering top-notch services and solutions. Currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team, ideally with experience in using Uptick or SimPRO scheduling software, to support operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Schedule & Coordinate Services: Efficiently schedule and assign tasks for our technicians, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Client & Team Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication of schedules, updates, and any changes.
  • Track & Update Job Status: Monitor progress and job completion, updating job statuses and tracking any delays or issues.
  • Manage Service Requests: Prioritize and allocate service requests based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Software Utilization: Use Uptick or SimPRO to manage and schedule all incoming work orders, ensuring all jobs are recorded and tracked properly.
  • Maintain Documentation: Ensure accurate records of scheduled jobs, timesheets, and job details are kept up to date.
  • Compliance: Ensure all jobs are scheduled according to relevant fire safety and HVAC regulations, meeting all compliance standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role, ideally within the Fire or HVAC industry.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software, preferably Uptick or SimPRO.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service and team coordination.
  • Knowledge of fire safety and HVAC systems is beneficial but not required.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
