TIS Electrics is looking for a motivated full-time test and tag technician to join the team!

We are a growing electrical contracting company specialising in compliance and facilities maintenance. We provide services nationwide across government, industrial, commercial and education sectors.

Applicant will be expected to provide electrical appliance testing and tagging across the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan Region and surrounds.

Ability to travel into regional Victoria/interstate is highly valued!

This position will be a start/finish from the job-site role – commutes into the office will not be required.

The role will also occasionally involve acting as a trade’s assistant to an A-Grade Electrician for a variety of services.

Our ideal applicant will have:

• Qualification in electrical appliance testing and tagging desirable, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and car
• Must not have anything on record that would affect the ability to obtain a Working With Children's Check, National Police Check and higher security clearances.
• Must be able to work independently in workplaces around the state in an honest, respectful and professional manner.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet expected quotas per day
• Reliable and highly organised
