What we need from you:

• Experience prospecting and maintaining relationships with clients
• The ability to negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve individual and collective goals
• Active real estate license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• At least 1 year of experience as a real estate agent
