About the role

Are you an experienced real estate sales professional looking to grow your career? Focus on Mackay is seeking a driven and talented Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals to help our clients achieve their real estate goals. What you'll be doing

• Prospecting for new clients and generating sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other marketing activities
• Organising and conducting property viewings and open houses to showcase our listings
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to both buyers and sellers
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry regulations
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve the company's sales objectives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a real estate sales professional, with a track record of success
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A driven and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
• A deep understanding of the local property market and industry regulations
• A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
• A reliable well presented vehicle
