• Export documentation essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Timely and accurate preparation of export documentation
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel , word and outlook.
• Understand documentation flow , export letters of credit , export procedures, insurances and trade terms.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Process export documentation to meet customers requirments and standards of destination country .
• Liase with international customers to ensure documents are processed correctly and payment collected in a timely manner.
• Liase with shipping lines to ensure Bill of lading is processed correctly.
• Liase with the bank to ensure Letter of credit/ collection documents are processed in time and payment collected accordingly .
