The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Marriotts MPE as a Motorcycle, SxS, ATV and Jet ski Pre delivery assembler. In this full-time role based in Leongatha, VIC, you will be responsible for the assembly and pre-delivery preparation of motorcycles and powersports products to ensure they are in perfect working condition before being delivered to customers. You will also be responsible for the pick up and delivery of workshop jobs as well as new units from sale.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble motorcycles to manufacturers' specifications
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and adjustments to ensure all components are functioning correctly
• Test ride motorcycles to identify and address any issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all assembly and pre-delivery work
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide feedback and recommendations
• Deliver and pick up units for workshop servicing and new sales

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications or experience in motorcycle mechanics or a similar automotive trade
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality assembly and pre-delivery work
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve issues
• Good communication skills to liaise with team members and provide feedback
• Trustworthy and timely delivery and pick up of new and used units
