Facility Manager - Aged Care - Central Queensland

We are currently recruiting for an Aged Care Facility Manager for a large Aged Care facility in the Central QLD region.

This facility is a state-of-the-art aged care facility offering breathtaking views of the coast and hinterland.

The ideal candidate:

• AHPRA desirable but not essential
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead a team and drive a positive culture

The facility:

• Large, state of the art facility
• Has breathtaking views of the coast and hinterland

Whats on offer:

• Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 + super
• Relocation assistance / Temporary accommodation for those willing to relocate to the area
• Full Time role – Monday - Friday

Requirements of the role:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse is favourable but not essential.
• Commissioning experience would be highly desirable.
• A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.
• Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to quality care and improving the resident experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team development.
