Synaco has partnered with a highly respected Manufacturer and Distributor of Steel Reinforcement Bars and Mesh, servicing the civil, construction, and residential industries.

We are seeking Loaders/Crane Operators to join their team in St Marys.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery for processing steel and reinforcement bars.
• Using a manual bench, off coil machinery, benders and shearers.
• Utilising overhead cranes to load and move mesh and steel products.
• Manual handling of materials (up to 20kg).
• Maintaining general housekeeping and workplace safety standards.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Overhead crane experience (highly advantageous).
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a small team.
• A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Own transport (essential).
