Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Pizza Chef to join our established kitchen team. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in pizza preparation and wood-fired oven operation.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in pizza preparation within a comparable culinary setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining high-heat wood-fired ovens.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dough preparation, including hand-stretching techniques and dough management.
• Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure.
