My client is a Government Organisation undertaking a organisation wide digital transformation and currenly seeks the services of an experiences Business Analyst who will work across various process improvement and technology implementation projects.

The successful incumbent will have previous skills and experience in the below:

• Business analysis services.
• Requirements gathering (functional and non-functional requirements).
• Process mapping,
• Stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Development of business cases.
• User stories.
• System implementation.
• Change management.
• User Acceptance Testing.
• Analysis of data trends.

The Business Analyst must be experienced in working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and reporting systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com , Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial.
