About the Client:
Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for three (3) highly talented Business Analyst to join their busy team for a casual temporary assignment until 30th June 2025 with potential to extend.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that delivers a range of services, supports, and projects for staff with disability including provision of workplace adjustments, assistive technology, and capability uplift for line managers. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Provide professional expertise, services, and guidance to achieve positive outcomes
- Anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and recommend decisions for complex and sensitive tasks.
- Manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Conduct audit and gap analysis, gather and evaluate requirements, and collect and analyse data to inform decision-making.
- Map, enhance, and model processes, including service management workflows, to optimise efficiency.
- Develop functional specifications and incorporate standards and technical requirements into process development.
- Manage and mitigate risks while contributing to strategic planning, program and project management, policy development, and business improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management, particularly in the context of disability supports and workplace adjustments.
- Experience with audits and gap analysis.
- Ability to understand, analyse, and suggest technical and business process improvements.
- Ability to gather and document requirements, develop project plans, and manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
