About the role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Developer / Graphic Designer to join our team at Cargo Packaging on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing design and maintenance of the companies website, ensuring that our company's brand and marketing initiatives are supported. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your design and development skills to a growing organisation based in Blacktown, NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing responsive, mobile-friendly websites that align with our brand identity.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute digital campaigns and content.
• Maintaining and optimizing existing websites to ensure they are up-to-date, secure and user-friendly.
• Producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets to support our online and offline marketing efforts.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies and best practices.
• Providing guidance and support to the wider team on web-related matters.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in web development and graphic design, preferably within with an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and functional digital experiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
