About the role

This full-time NDIS Business Development Manager position at Super Care Providers' offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion of the company's NDIS-funded services in the Auburn, NSW region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with NDIS participants and their support networks, and developing tailored service offerings to meet their individual needs.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new NDIS business opportunities within the local community
• Engage with NDIS participants, their families, and support coordinators to understand their unique requirements
• Develop customised service plans and proposals to address the specific needs of NDIS participants
• Negotiate and secure new NDIS service agreements to grow the company's client base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing NDIS clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of NDIS services
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's NDIS offerings

What we're looking for

As the NDIS Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing our service offerings. You will engage with various stakeholders, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As our BDM you are in full control of our branding and networking representation and ensure compliance and regulation are always met and meet KPIs (minimum 3 clients per month) and targets

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community organisations.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities within the NDIS framework.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and quality standards.
• Lead networking initiatives and represent the organization at industry events.
• Develop good communication and engage NDIS professional including LACs (Local Area Coordinators), NDIS Planners, Hospitals, Rehab centres, community centres and Support Coordinators.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Train and support staff on NDIS processes and customer-centered care principles.
• Monitor business performance and prepare reports for senior management.
