THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the renowned Gold Coast restaurant, Edgewater Dining and sister Restaurant, Isla at the Isle of Capri.

If you are a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie looking to work in a busy restaurant with a great team and delicious food, we want to talk to you!

Salary guide: 72-75k plus super PA

Working closely with the senior Kitchen team, the Chef de Partie will:

• Assist the Sous & Head Chef with the daily management of the venue
• Ensure food and menu quality is at its highest and meets set standards
• Assist in the reduction of food waste by following portion control standards
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A passion for food & ability to work independently
• A team player attitude, displayed in both internal kitchen teams and the greater business
• A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience

Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weeknights.
