Your Role

✅ Price first principles estimates for various civil infrastructure projects.
✅ Spot commercial angles others miss and strategies to win tenders.
✅ Lead end-to-end bid processes, from risk analysis to cost breakdowns.
✅ Negotiate pre-contracts and liaise directly with clients.
✅ Stay ahead of market trends to deliver competitive, high-margin bids.
✅ Confidently present tenders to senior management & clients.

What you need

• 3–5+ years of civil estimating experience – 1st principles
• Tech-savvy with strong commercial nous – You see opportunities where others don’t.
• Background in roadworks, drainage, piling, retaining walls, or concrete works.
  Experience with council and TMR projects (a big plus!).
• Comfortable juggling multiple tenders in a high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communicator – You’ll be in front of key stakeholders.
• Got site experience? Even better, but not a dealbreaker.
• A natural problem-solver, dealmaker, and closer – You make things happen.
• Qualifications: A civil engineering degree with contractor-side experience is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, negotiation, and communication abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
