Yeti Civil Product is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel drainage solutions for stormwater applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled TIG/MIG Welder to join our team. If you take pride in precision welding, fabrication, and high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ TIG & MIG welding of stainless steel components
✅Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy
✅Selecting and operating welding equipment based on project requirements
✅Operating angle grinders and other tools to prepare parts for welding
✅Testing and inspecting welded surfaces to ensure high-quality standards
✅ Working independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Welder (stainless steel experience preferred)
• Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding, welding with us will be 95% TIG
• Experience in using electrical and manual tools for fabrication and finishing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify welding defects
• Knowledge of different metals and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Understanding of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
