As Team Lead, your primary focus will be on people leadership, ensuring your team is supported, motivated, and set up for success. You’ll drive technical direction while nurturing a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered

• Provide regular feedback, career development support, and performance guidance
• Set the technical direction while ensuring smooth project delivery
• Oversee development of full-stack software solutions using C#, TypeScript, React, SQL Server
• Partner with stakeholders, ensuring technical decisions align with business goals
• Identify and remove blockers for your team, ensuring they can do their best work
• Promote best practices, such as event-driven architecture, SOLID principles, and TDD

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Team Lead
• A people-first mindset – Passionate about supporting and developing individuals
• Strong technical background in C#, TypeScript, React, SQL, with full-stack expertise
• Experience leading high-performing teams in enterprise-grade or SaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills – Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative and adaptable approach to leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
