Client Sales & Support Executive.

ACA Pacific is a specialized, value-added IT distributor in the APAC region for the past 30+ years. We provide a range of digital transformation solutions through our channel partners.

We require a Client Sales & Support Executive, based in our Port Melbourne office, selling and supporting a range of digital transformation solutions. This all-rounder role is ideally suited for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, enthusiastic person with 1-2 years of sales experience looking for further growth. Experience in the IT industry will be beneficial.

The role primarily requires –

• Managing in-bound and out-bound customer calls and emails.
• Autonomous role with strong self-motivation and multi-tasking skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Selling a range of IT solutions, consisting of hardware and software.
• Ability to understand customer requirements, scope the suitable solution and submit the proposals. Required on the job training will be provided.
• Technical aptitude, customer focused approach with keen interest in technology solutions for business solutions.
• Role includes order processing and sales administration, handling customer support calls, and offers growth opportunities to account executive role.
• Offering growth path to Account Manager and Sales Manager positions.
