Elixr has been a beautiful sanctuary for its members for 22 years and a pioneer in the Pilates Reformer space in Australia. The club in the heart of Bondi Junction is one of Sydney's largest - set across two levels of 3500 sqm and offering two personal training studios, seven exercise class studios, a 25m indoor heated pool, the latest LifeFitness cardio equipment, luxurious changerooms with steam rooms and Dyson hairdryers, as well as an in-house nutritionist and remedial massage treatment room.

Our modern offices are located within the club and directly opposite Westfield Bondi Junction.

There are over 250 classes to choose from per week with Pilates reformer and mat, Yoga, and Group Exercise including Spin, HIIT, Power, Aqua, Real Fitness Kickboxing and Floor Barre. Experience a club like no other.

Sales Consultant role opportunity:

An opportunity has come up to join the dedicated and energetic team at Elixr as a motivated and confident Sales Consultant (Membership Advisor). Join a friendly, dynamic team to make up a team of three Membership Advisors and help us convert leads into club members. Help members start a journey to look after their mind and body at Elixr!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving allocated leads, taking prospective members on tours and booking them into trial classes, and closing sales through an established sales processes
  • Staying connected with members you have signed on and obtaining referrals through those members and other contacts
  • Liaising with prospective members via phone, SMS, or email on a dedicated sales outreach platform
  • Working with the marketing team at ad hoc events to talk to prospective members and invite them to the club
  • Work to a monthly target and achieve bonus commissions paid monthly to reach OTE annual earnings of $80-$100K+

As a Membership Advisor your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Sales and Club Manager.

The person we seek must possess a CAN DO attitude, find no task too BIG and most importantly thrive on working on multiple tasks in a day. This full-time role is 5 days per week during standard office hours and reports directly to the Sales and Club Manager. The role must cover one Saturday shift every 3-4 weeks.
