About the role

Transform lives and earn big dollars when you join the team at KAMPAIGN as a Sales Consultant. Based in the picturesque Byron Bay, NSW, this full-time position will see you playing a key role in driving membership sales for our clients in the fitness and wellness industry while making peoples lives better along the way. With a focus on developing and using world class sales to convert the warm leads we provide you. You will be responsible for converting the leads we book into your calendar through phone consultations to meet KPI's and unlock huge earning potential.

Earn a min of $130k just meeting basic sales targets.

This is a call-based position, with hybrid working opportunity between our Byron Bay office, located in the industrial estate and remote. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct sales calls to close new clients from hot leads we provide you
• Daily training to hone your sales skills
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer information
• Communicating daily with the gyms and studios you represent
• Managing a full calendar of booked calls with leads looking to purchase
• Have an understanding of and follow the company's sales process and methodology
• This role is based in an office in Byron Bay

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably with phone sales experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence customers
• A proactive and driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections
• Familiarity with sales processes, customer relationship management and reporting tools
• A positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving market
• A hard worker that is passionate about sales and driven to make a lot of money
