This position will suit someone who is:
Passionate for outstanding and excellent customer service.
Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
Actively involved in unpacking stock, stock rotation and store presentation.

The role mainly involves:
Customer service
Receiving and unpacking/checking incoming stock orders
Store presentation including stocking shelves and quality control
Cleaning and general store duties
Operating Cash Register and cash handling

We are looking for someone who is:
Focused on customer care
Passionate about nutritional wholefoods, health and wellness
Takes initiative and is great at multitasking
Tidy and organised, has an eye for detail and is observant
Reliable and punctual
Motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Experience in the health food industry is welcome but not essential

Qualifications & experience
Previous customer service experience in any industry field is essential as excellent customer service is a priority in our business
Compassion and empathy would be an asset to the role
Life experience and knowledge in healthy living is an advantage

The position involves working approximately 15-20 hours per week
This would include any combination of hours of a day -
8.30am - 5.30pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday;
8.30am - 6.00pm - Thursday; & 8.30am - 1.00pm – Saturday

Traditionally shifts are 6 hours long
Set shifts per week are not available
School hours are not available
The position also requires rotational Saturday shifts
Shifts are structured to allow for seasonal changes and personal considerations.

The store was purchased in 1987 by the Thomas family and in 2000 joined a small buying group of health food stores and became known as Go Vita Gympie. Today we are one 110 Go Vita stores supported by the Go Vita Australia banner, and we are still proudly family owned and operated.
