With ambitious growth plans in to 2025 and beyond, we are looking for an additional smoke alarm scheduler to take a lead role in the scheduling of our team of technicians.

The role includes

• Coordinating schedules for routine works in preparation for Entry Notices to be sent (you are not required to send)
• Calling Tenants to make bookings (where entry notices are unavailable)
• Ensuring all jobs are completed by their due dates
• Booking Smoke Alarm Upgrades and Inspections
• Reviewing the schedules for technicians for the following day to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Formulation of keys lists for agencies (almost automated)

The ideal candidate has;

• Great communication skills (brings energy and positivity to all communication across all stakeholders)
• Ability to take action to resolve issues whilst under pressure
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Experience in the smoke alarm industry, desirable
• Ability to learn new systems in a proactive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work both supervised and unsupervised
