The Kelso site of Walter Findlay Ltd is currently accepting applications for the role of Process Operator. Since 2002, this site has been producing over 70 varieties of crumb for commercial customers in New Zealand and Australia. Walter Findlay also provides customers with full coating systems, including pre-mixes, products, and various batter styles. Production Operators

Monday to Thursday 12hrs shift

We offer training for our advanced machinery. No prior experience required. Applicants will need to measure and mix ingredients and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Essential Criteria to Fill this Role:

-Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical

-Be competent with simple math

-Work well within a team environment

-Adhere to the company’s Vision and Mission Values (Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community)

-Be prompt and reliable

-Enthusiastic & energetic about the role

-Hold a current LF Forklift license

-Adhere to company Health & Safety programs and policies

Desirable Requirements:

An HR truck license

A background in Health & Safety.

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
