As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance through best-in-class budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your ability to leverage Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be critical in optimising financial processes and delivering meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Budgeting – Lead the development of profit and loss and balance sheet budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
🔹 Forecasting & Analysis – Deliver in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to guide leadership decisions.
🔹 Oracle EPM Reporting – Design and enhance financial reports using Oracle EPM, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights.
🔹 Process Improvement – Champion continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, and forecasting methodologies.

About You
You are an experienced finance professional with a CPA or CA qualification and a track record of supporting commercial teams with data-driven insights. Most importantly, you have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and understand how to use it to enhance financial planning and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required
✅ Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM, with experience in financial planning and reporting within a complex organisation.
✅ In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
✅ Ability to translate financial data into clear insights that drive decision-making.

✅ A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
