Our client is a rapidly growing services provider, with a national and international footprint. Dynamic, fast paced and with a focus on operational excellence - they are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support senior leadership in driving business success.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will be a key advisor to the General Managers and Vice Presidents across the organisation, managing one large business unit.

• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Driving cost control initiatives and cash flow management
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Optimising financial data collection and reporting systems
• Supporting new business initiatives, tenders, and incentive schemes
• Building trust in the operational team, diving head first into new initiatives and process improvements

Your Profile

You will be naturally curious, with an eagerness to dive in, to ask the right questions and to suggest new ways of thinking. With a keen eye for process improvement and a desire to grow and add value, you will also;

• Have proven experience in a finance business partnering role in industries such as facilities management, construction, engineering consultancy and security
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data to non-finance leaders
• Confidence with financial reporting, forecasting and cost management
• An in-depth understanding of WIP, projects and tendering processes
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience managing accruals, cash flow, projects and WIP
