Ironforge is seeking multiple Crowd Controllers & Static Officers to carry out their role in a multitude of different fields both within a team and by yourself. Ironforge is seeking candidates who are customer service focused, can understand both written and verbal instruction in English, present in a uniform clean and tidy including controlling body odour, ability to operate security app systems and have a proactive approach to ensuring compliances are up to date.

Key projects involving Crowd Control will include major sporting events, festivals, concerts, shows, pub/clubs, rodeos, close protection, asset protection, call-outs and cash management.

Key projects involving Static Officers will include mainstream retail stores, large distribution centres, construction and secured sites, asset protection and call-outs.

What Ironforge are looking for;

• Previous experience as a Security Officer
• The Right to Work in Australia (Aus Birth cert, Aus/NZ Passport, VISA)
• Hold your RSA
• Hold current First Aid and CPR
• Valid QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good observation skills and report writing
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to use a smart phone and operate our rostering system (GuardHouse)
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict situations
• Understand SOP's and able to follow procedure
