The Position, but not limited to:

• Supporting a medium-sized team of reps across office and industrial
• Sales and leasing administration from listing through to settlement
• Database management
• Assisting with marketing across social media, signboards, advertising and coordinating vendor-paid advertising/quotes
• Assisting reps with their individual marketing campaigns

The Criteria:

• Previous administration experience within commercial property
• High level attention to detail
• Proficient with coordinating sales contracts
• Proficient with docusign
• High-level diary management
• Experience with Vault RE/Xero would be advantageous but not essential
