What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading a team of landscapers whilst delivering upmarket projects.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction processes, including plant knowledge, paving, and retaining walls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are a bonus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality landscaping projects, including Stone retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, and garden installations.
• Read and interpret landscape designs and plans, ensuring accurate execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation.
