Landscape Maintenance/Gardener Team Leader- Salary $60,000- $80,000 + super + Company Vehicle

We are construction and facilities maintenance company specialising in education, aged care and commercial builds. Work site locations across South East Melbourne.

What we are looking for:

• Punctual and reliable, values their time and Brocor's time.
• A Positive attitude and a desire to get the best outcome out every job you do big or small.
• Likes to keep busy and always moving.
• Has driver's license.
• Qualification in the horticultural industry.
• Knowledge of work health and safety with the priority of keeping yourself and the general public safe at all times.

You will be responsible for:

• General gardening and landscape maintenance
• General horticultural tasks
• Operation of mowers, brush cutters, edging and hedging machinery
• Other activities including pruning, weeding, watering, planting, mulching and chemical application
• Client liaising

Essential requirements include:

• Drivers license
• White Card
• Valid Working With Children's check or the ability to obtain one.
• Police Check or ability to obtain one
• Covid and Influenza Vaccinations
• A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
• A customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong safety, environment, and quality focus
• Horticulture certificate desired but not essential.
• Irrigation experience desired but not essential
