WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an energetic and positive Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist with an experience in Early Childhood Intervention to join our dynamic team.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Tertiary qualification in any of the above disciplines
- AHPRA registration or equivalent
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check &/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain these)
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the developmental needs and functional abilities of children.
- Design and implement an individualised interventions program to address sensory, motor, and adaptive skills, promoting independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to establish effective intervention strategies both at home and in educational settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the unique needs of each child.
- Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers on strategies for fostering skill development and supporting their child's progress.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, psychologists, and educators, behaviour support practitioner to create a holistic and integrated approach to early childhood intervention.
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of early childhood occupational therapy, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
