About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sandrino Restaurant in Fremantle, WA. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training and support
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Oversee inventory management, menu planning, pricing and budgeting
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or similar leadership role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory management and budgeting
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
