Mymyla Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team at Nice Relaxing Thai Massage and Spa, located in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role offers a competitive salary of $74,000 - $75,000 per annum plus superannuation, reporting directly to the directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product and Inventory Management: Determine optimal product mix and stock levels to meet client needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Policy Development: Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies. Set competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute promotional and advertising campaigns to enhance the visibility of our services and products.
• Sales and Client Advisory: Engage with clients to sell services and products. Provide expert advice on product usage and benefits.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets. Monitor expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. Maintain high service standards across all operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Retail or Spa Manager, preferably within the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and retail sales strategies.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is an advantage.
