The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Head Coach to lead our coaching team and play a key role in member retention and engagement. This role goes beyond delivering high-energy sessions—you will drive member rollovers, track retention KPIs, and ensure members stay committed to their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic, high-quality training sessions using F45’s established programs.
• Track and improve member retention, ensuring smooth rollovers into new challenges and memberships.
• Monitor and report on retention KPIs, implementing strategies to enhance long-term engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the coaching team to maintain exceptional standards.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of coaching staff.
• Foster a positive, results-driven training environment that keeps members motivated and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a coach in the fitness industry, with a strong ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• A proactive approach to member engagement and retention, with experience in tracking and improving retention metrics.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• A genuine passion for fitness and the ability to create an energetic, community-focused training environment.
• Relevant fitness certifications and qualifications.
• Willingness to relocate to Australia – comprehensive relocation support provided for successful candidates from New Zealand.
