Requirements:

• Proven experience in Formwork (concrete finishing experience is favorable)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance on-site
• Competent in the use of relevant tools and equipment for your trade
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across various sites and adapt to project demands
• Willingness to undergo medical assessments and police checks (required for Defence based projects)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
