We are The Dough Parlour.

We are a cookie manufacturing company based in Wembley. We supply wholesale and direct to consumers through our online e-commerce store and our soon-to-be open store outlet.

We provide numerous cafes, supermarkets and restaurants with our tasty goodies. We make numerous flavours of cookies and our unique to us Cookie Boats.

We are constantly developing and changing our flavours and are always working on something new. This is an exciting role for the correct candidate, there will be a lot of opportunity to grow with us.

Must be available at least Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 8am to 4pm.

We are looking for someone with bakery experience to help us run the kitchen side of our operation, this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate, no shift work or nasty factory lines. You will be in charge of managing your time and working efficiently without micromanagement.

Must be able to think on your feet and be proactive.

You will be working as part of a small team where you are valued, not just making up numbers.

Qualifications & experience

• No formal Qualifications are needed, however, previous bakery experience for this role is a must.
• Any experience in manufacturing or bulk production is preferable.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Batching and rolling cookie dough
• Baking and decorating cookies
• Filling and decorating our unique cookie boats
• Prepping ingredients (chocolate).
• Running and organising daily kitchen duties.
• Job does involve being on your feet all day and some heavy lifting.
• Packing bulk wholesale orders and online shipping orders.
