Are you highly organized, great with customers, and looking for a role in the appliance repair industry? We are seeking a Trade Scheduling Officer to assist our Service Manager in coordinating technicians, jobs, and client communication.

About Us
The Repair Guy is a well-established appliance repair company serving private sector clients such as real estate agencies, insurance companies, and commercial businesses. Backed by Perth Appliance Spares, we provide high-quality service with a steady workflow—no unpredictable public callouts.
With a growing team of technicians, we need a Trade Scheduling Officer to help manage bookings, dispatch, and job coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling & Dispatching Technicians – Assigning jobs based on location, priority, and skillset.
- Managing Customer Bookings – Coordinating repair appointments and follow-ups.
- Handling Client Communication – Liaising with private sector clients (real estate, property managers, commercial businesses).
- Supporting the Service Manager – Assisting with job tracking, technician support, and workflow improvements
- Updating Job Management Systems – Ensuring records are accurate for invoicing and reporting.
- Problem-Solving on the Go – Adjusting schedules when urgent repairs or changes arise.

Who We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administration (trade industry preferred).
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Strong customer service & communication abilities.
✅ Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
✅ Proficiency in job management software, CRM, or scheduling tools (preferred but not essential).
