Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong trade or site-based background in residential building to join our Balcatta head office team. This role would suit a former builder, site supervisor, or tradesperson looking to step off the tools and into a critical office-based role with an industry leader.

The Role:

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in the successful planning and execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating materials, trades, and resources to ensure seamless project execution.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Managing ordering timeframes to maintain continuity in the construction programme

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A solid trade or practical building background – ideally as a trade, builder, or site supervisor.
• Some experience in estimating and scheduling for renovations and extensions. (Custom residential experience is highly regarded.)
• A strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and cost management.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between suppliers, trades, and project teams.
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software is advantageous.
