Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($90-110k + depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Limited overtime available)

🌱 About the Role:

As a Landscape Supervisor at Evo Landscapes, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and managing on-site teams—ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient workflow.
- Overseeing residential landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Hardscaping proficiency with site set out, concrete, paving, stonework, fencing, retaining walls, and decks.
- Softscaping proficiency with turf, plants, trees, soils, mulches, stone and gravel.
- Coordinating materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and schedules to keep projects on time & within budget.
- Providing hands-on support with construction, machinery operation, and troubleshooting when needed.
- Ensuring site safety & compliance while maintaining a professional, motivated work environment.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Mentoring and developing team members—helping others grow in their skills and careers.

🌿 What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years experience in landscape construction (residential focus preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and run projects independently
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans & drawings
- Current Driver’s Licence (manual preferred) + White Card
- Physically fit and ready to be hands-on when needed
