Your Role:

As our Senior Parts Support Specialist (National), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Sydney & other workshops are running like well-oiled machines. You’ll work collaboratively with our experienced spare parts team and partner with mechanics, and service managers to ensure the right parts are sourced, stocked, and ready to go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source parts for internal and external requests, collaborating closely with our spare parts team, mechanics, and suppliers.
• Manage parts intake, returns, and special orders, keeping accurate records in our inventory management system.
• Assist in maintaining an optimized and organized inventory to minimize downtime and improve workflow.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure everything is up-to-date and accounted for.
• Provide guidance on parts identification and compatibility for different equipment brands and models.
• Stay informed about new product releases and advancements in forklift and material handling technology.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive team player with a strong understanding of parts management and exceptional communication skills.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in parts interpretation, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in the forklift or equipment industry.
• Great problem-solving abilities and the know-how to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory software and a knack for learning new tools quickly.
• A passion for customer service and supporting the success of your team.
• Forklift operation certification or experience (a plus, but not essential!).
