Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to oversee kitchen operations, create delicious and innovative dishes, and ensure high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals, ensuring excellent presentation and taste.
- Manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory, source fresh ingredients, and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper food handling.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and organization.
- Adapt recipes and accommodate special dietary needs or customer preferences.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously improve skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced kitchen environment with extended periods of standing.
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
