About the Role

As part of our rapid expansion into rehabilitation consulting, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to lead our new service division. This is a strategic leadership role with the opportunity to become a Director and Executive Partner, shaping the future of our rehabilitation services. By combining your industry experience and leadership potential, we will provide you with the business and industry resources needed to build and lead your dream team.

What we’re looking for

• A highly experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with over five years of expertise in delivering rehabilitation services and guiding clients through complex recovery journeys.
• Experience in management and have successfully led teams and driven service improvements within the industry.
• A tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology), Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology and maintain industry-specific registration, such as: AHPRA registration or ASORC membership.
• You are passionate about helping people navigate rehabilitation plans and are committed to achieving the best outcomes for your clients.
• A team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• An effective communicator, capable of engaging clients, stakeholders, and team members with confidence and empathy.
• A leader with a strategic mindset, eager to take on this executive opportunity and shape the future of rehabilitation services at Forteture Health Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Develop and maintain the training and assessment compliance.
• Manage opportunities through all stages of the business development.
• Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical and other allied health professionals.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
