About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Pethers Painting And Decorating as a Painter And Decorator. Based in Caloundra, QLD, this full-time role will see you applying your expert painting and decorating skills to a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing

• Undertake high-quality painting and decorating work on interior and exterior surfaces
• Select and prepare surfaces, mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with the training and mentoring of junior team members
