At Incite Solutions Group, we provide high-quality rehabilitation services across diverse settings. We are seeking an OT to join our team in a flexible role that allows you to focus on impactful clinical work without the pressures of a high caseload or rigid KPIs.

About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant and OT, you will have the opportunity to work across various services, including:

• Case management – Supporting clients across workers’ compensation, veteran rehabilitation, motor injury, and NDIS
• Diverse Client Exposure – Work with individuals with a variety of injuries, broadening your professional expertise.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments – Helping clients manage their independence and safety in daily activities.
• Functional Capacity Assessments – Evaluating functional abilities to support everyday activities and return to work.
• Cognitive Assessments & Support – Assisting clients in managing cognitive challenges and developing tailored strategies.
• Ergonomic and Workplace Assessments – Providing expert guidance on safe and sustainable work practices.

About You:

🔹 AHPRA-registered OT with experience in workplace rehabilitation or a desire to return to clinical work.

🔹 Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

🔹 A passion for creative problem-solving and helping people achieve their goals.

🔹 Willingness to learn and grow in new assessment areas if needed.
